Thank you for shopping with Barkwell. Here is everything you need to know about how your dog's supplements reach you.

Order processing

Orders are picked and dispatched from our UK warehouse within 1 to 2 business days. We do not process or dispatch on weekends or UK public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves us.

Delivery times

United Kingdom: 5 to 8 business days from dispatch.

Europe and the rest of the world: 5 to 8 business days from dispatch, though customs clearance can add time in some destinations.

All delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees. Please allow extra time during peak periods and public holidays.

Delivery charges

Standard delivery is £5.99. Delivery is free on every order over £55.

Subscriptions

Subscription renewals are dispatched on the schedule you chose at checkout, and delivery on every renewal is free whatever the order value. You can pause, reschedule, change frequency or cancel at any time from the link in your order confirmation email, or by emailing hello@shopbarkwell.com.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may attract customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by the destination country. These are set by that country, are not included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Missing or delayed parcels

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or your parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, email hello@shopbarkwell.com with your order number. We will chase the carrier or send a replacement.

Delivery addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If an order comes back to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will gladly resend it once you confirm the right address, though a further delivery charge may apply.
